Buying Restrictions
I attempted to purchase "Item number: 295549001119" twice, once on April 12th at 2:17pm (CST) and again on April 13th at 11:33am.
However, both attempts were unsuccessful, yet I received notifications from my bank for credit card charges totaling $1513 as a pre-authorization.
It appears that there might be purchase restrictions on my eBay account. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach eBay customer service to resolve this issue cause I'm in Shanghai China.
If possible, I would like to request your assistance in contacting eBay customer service to intervene and resolve the problem.
I still wish to purchase "Item number 295549001119" before it is sold.
