I'm legally protected to recieve my money back when I buy something and dont get it and eBay says I cant get a refund because its not covered by money back guarantee which is stupid because I should get my money back for something I dont recieve

The listing tells you it isn't covered by the MBG.

If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your credit card.
