Buying on Ebay with prepaid gift cards

Hi. I have 2 prepaid gift cards that I would like to use but can't seem to use them to put toward a purchase. Has anyone encountered this issue or does anyone know how I can go about using them? Thank you and have a nice evening.

If these are Ebay gift cards, you can use them to pay for your Ebay purchases by entering in the code from the Ebay gift card when going through the Ebay payment process.

When you're ready to make a purchase, hereâ€™s how to pay with your eBay gift card at checkout:

Enter your shipping and payment details.
Scroll to the bottom of the checkout page and enter the gift card redemption code in the Gift cards and coupons field.
Select Apply to see your new total.
Check your details again and select Confirm and pay.

They are not ebay cards. One is a Mastercard and the other is a Visa

eBay's official policy specifically excludes prepaid credit cards from being used as payment.
