Buying my own label to return item
I purchased a sofa bed on Sept 13 and canceled within 30 seconds, but the seller shipped it anyway and it was delivered Sept 18. It is still unopened in the original box. The seller is asking me to buy my own return label for a freight item which will cost me hundreds. I am requesting the seller provide a prepaid return label and arrange pickup for this oversized item. I've tried to contact via messaging but I can't reach them. What should I do?

First, Buyers cannot Cancel transactions, they can only Request a cancellation. Sellers have the final say on whether or not a cancellation request is honored or not.
What is the reason that you wanted to cancel the transaction in less than a minute after purchasing it????
You will have to take delivery and providing that there are no issues with the item you will have to keep it or pay to return it. You can try selling it as well.

OP2 weeks agoI canceled because they did not give me the chance to select the card I wanted to use and I didn't because I was still undecided but they automatically selected the last card I used to purchase an item.

Your payment method is NOT selected by Sellers, they have nothing to do with that. If the Seller had Auto-pay turned on for the Offer or Auction process then you had to provide a payment method in order to participate with offers or bid on auctions ... you would then have 1 hour to change the payment method after an Accepted offer or winning an Auction. Again, Sellers are not part of selecting the payment method, they are blind to what their customers are doing in that regard.
