Buying message
I had two purchasing issues because the system would not change the accepted bid so they had to cancel the offer, both times not my fault. Today is the first time I get a message saying I could not purchase an item because of the two issues in the past year( both not my fault) they can confirm! So I have purchased many items on ebay and this really bothers me. Please advise how to release that from my profile. Otherwise I have no purpose here if I can't bid on what I want. Thank you.

Mentor2 years agoSellers are allowed to preemptively block buyers with two or more unpaid item cancellations in the last month, six months or year.
Sounds like you have two unpaid item cancellations, for whatever reason.
When you have gone long enough without getting any more unpaid item cancellation so that there are no longer two cancellations in the required time period, you will no longer be blocked by that particular restriction.
In the mean time, you should still be able to purchase from other sellers that do not apply those restrictions to their buyers.
