Buying item not as described
I bought a ring the description said real solid 14k white gold aquamarine ring. Upon taking it to jeweler to have it sized I have learned it's a fake. Seller will not reply and it's been over 120 days. What can I do? I spent a lot of money on a ring the seller reassured me in our correspondence that it was infact real before I purchased. I feel scammed!
