Buying issues
So I was working with a seller and made an offer, it was excepted and it kept freezing me out because they said it was placed out of stock. As we were trying to finish the sale, he tells me it says that you paid for it. I look in my account. Nothing, I asked him to send a receipt And when it came it was someone else’s name and address. It never was taken out of my account, but I don’t understand how this person cut in front of a transaction that we were trying to make. Should I be worried about my account being hacked ?
