Ebay has deleted my entire buying history from July of 2021 thru end of 2023. How can I get it back?

Ebay has deleted my entire buying history from July of 2021 thru end of 2023. How can I get it back?

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible some of those purchases were made using a different eBay account? Or a different device that might have been signed in to a different account, such as a phone?
If you are sure that all those purchases were made using this eBay account, try a few different things to find those transactions.

You may be able to spot some transactions on your feedback page if you exchanged feedback.
Try searching your Purchase History by item title keyword to see if that allows you to find some of the missing transactions.

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.
