Buying from seller

Question

I ordered an item from this seller on 4/26/23. Unfortunately, I ordered as a "guest" and cannot track this order even though I have a receipt with description of the item and a prominent comment that they would contact me when the order was on the way. No word yet. When I spoke to a representative I was told the order was supposed to ship on 5/3/23. I have not been able to contact this seller and nothing has shown up. I have always had good service with eBay in the past but I am getting anxious...

You CAN find out information about your purchase by finding the Order Confirmation email that you received when you made the purchase.

Check your order confirmation email to see the item's expected delivery date and the address it's being shipped to. You can also select View order details in your order confirmation email to see the latest tracking updates.

To contact the seller:

Find your order confirmation email. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
Select View order details in the body of the email.
Select Contact seller.
Select I haven't received my item yet.
Choose No, I want to contact the seller.
Fill in the details and then hit Submit.
