Buying from Puerto Rico
Hi,
I don’t know if this is true, but it appears that when sellers select “international delivery†is available, somehow Puerto Rico gets listed in the same category as Brazil or Germany, etc. The shipping fees can be quite high.
Puerto Rico is a US territory. We have the US Postal Service delivering mail here. I have a zip code that is clearly part of the US postal system. If a seller is in NY and offers free shipping to California, it will cost the same to mail the item to Puerto Rico.
Is there any way to get EBay to change lumping in Puerto Rico with all the foreign countries?
