buying from an Ebay seller and it's delivered by Amazon????
If I wanted the item from Amazon I would have ordered it from Amazon.
I am an Ebay seller is this Allowed?

If the seller sells both here and there and has amazon fill all of their orders, that is OK.
If the seller buys there and has it shipped to you after you make your purchase here, that is not allowed.
It is often hard to tell the difference. If the item came with a gift receipt, he bought to fill your order. Also, if the item sells for a lot less there, that is also an indication that he bought to fill your order.
If you are convinced that he purchased to fill your order, you can report this violation.
On this page select violated policy - https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022 then select other. In the box write 'seller bought on amazon to fill my order'.
