Buying from an eastern foreign company that doesn’t accept returns
What if the Purchased item doesn’t work? Am I just stuck with it? Who pays for return shipping? I sure appreciate your help!

·2 years agoIf you receive an item that does not function per the listing, does not match the description, or was damaged in transit, you will have 30 days from receipt to open a return request for one of those reasons and upload the required photo of what you received.
The seller will have three business days to respond and issue a refund or return label or to make arrangements to send you funds to pay for a return label.
