Buying form Latvia
Hi,
1. Someone is selling a bike frame in Latvia in Facebook Marketplace.
2. I was going to ask the seller to list the bike frame in eBay Latvia because I need a guarantee.
3. Then I found there is not eBay in Latvia.
Is any way to resolve this issue or can the seller open an account in another european country with eBay?

Mentor2 years agoYou cannot request that someone sell on eBay. There are many ins and outs of being a seller, not to mention registering for payments and the personal information required. Sorry, but you cannot dictate that.

Mentor2 years agoIt would be up to this person selling the bike frame to search for an eBay site they can register on to sell. Selling on eBay requires that the person selling provide their banking information and other personal information and the person will be charged fees by eBay to sell on their site. Not everyone wants to do that.
