Buying firearm barrel, system claims I'm not a US citizen??

Question

Trying to bid on a gun barrel for a Mossberg 12 ga. Once I click 'Submit', I get a message that only US Citizens can purchase such an item.

I've been on this site since 2002, and always maintained my New Mexico address. Does the **bleep** Ebay computer need a geography lesson?

Are you using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network? Any of those can cause problems when purchasing items that have location restrictions.

Try completing your purchase using the eBay app when not connected to your usual WiFi.
