Buying but not receiving items from seller
Why would eBay continue to let a seller post items for sale, but when purchased they are not mailing items to the buyer.... I've seen many negative reviews last month on the same seller I am having trouble with.

Mentor2 years agoeBay does not judge sellers based on feedback, though buyers should probably take that into consideration when deciding to buy from a particular seller.
eBay keeps track of other things like the number of times items are not received or not as described, or the number of times that the seller does not refund a customer and that eBay has to "step in".
Buyers can avoid many issues by deciding in advance to only do business with experienced sellers with a proven track record of delivering what was advertised, and by not doing business with new or inexperienced sellers, sellers with a troubling pattern of negative feedback, sellers that have drastically changed their selling behavior recently, or seller's offering deals that appear "too good to be true".
