Buying Authentic
I’d like to purchase pre-owned Chanel brooch but concern about the authenticity of it. Can I get a refund if an item I bought turns out to not be authentic? Do I need to submit documentation showing it’s not authentic?

Mentor2 years agoYes, even without documentation. Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, counterfeit. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
