Buying as a GUEST BUYER and communicating with the seller when a there is a refund discrepency

Question

As a GUEST BUYER- I ordered 3 pairs of glasses frames. They came in 1 box.

When I set up for a return, I could only pick 1 item for 1 return label in the order....So I sent all 3 items/glasses frames back in the same box it was delivered in, and paid only the 1 return label.. When the box was rcvd, the seller only refunded me for the 1 item. though there were 3 items in the box (as originally mailed to me)..

I cannot communicate with the seller since my order was as a GUEST BUYER>. How do I go about getting my full refund for the addlte 2 items I shipped back in the same box? Thank you

You should be able to contact the seller by signing out of your current eBay account, then using the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order.

If you are not able to get help from the seller, contact eBay directly.

To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.

What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.

Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
