Buying an item from Germany
I am in the U.K. and have found an item for sale in Germany. The seller ships worldwide but when I try to make the purchase eBay/Paypal stops the transaction telling me to amend my address. I have always used to same full and correct address and have never seen this message before.
Please could someone offer advice? Thank you, John
