Buying an item and receiving a different item
This is the second time that I ordered an item from ebay and i received a different item or a damaged item. Ebay is good because i can return the item to the seller, but I don't understand why the seller will send a different or damaged item that he will know that I will return it.
I want to know if I buy next time from ebay how I can tell if the seller is honest and I can rely to get the item that I ordered.

Everyone can make mistakes. The only way to see any hint of previous problems is to check the seller’s feedback.

OP2 years agoThank you sir for your answer. I'm a member of ebay for many years I think that ebay needs to check every seller to make sure they are all legitimate. Competition to buy on line is very high today and I hate to see members leaving because of bad sellers.
