Buying an item.
Yesterday I was buying a item and it said I was high bidder. I was winning the item and at the last two minutes it said I was outbid and I lost the item. It was in the red counting down with two minutes to go so I bid again but it just counted down and I lost the item. When is the last amount of time to get a bid in to win.

Timing doesn't matter. Highest bid wins.
