Purchasing an item I bid on through an auction listing
I recently met the requirements of a minimum bid on an auction. At the end of the bidding period I received a notification that I was the highest bidder. The item then closed out as cancelled and the seller relisted it 2 days later, not honoring my purchase. I cannot report it to eBay because it's not showing as a purchase, and the seller will not respond.. Why am I held to a binding purchase contract and not the seller??

Mentor5 days agoDon't worry, seller will get a defect on their account and still have to paid fees based on your highest bid. Seller does much of this and they will be restricted.
