    Buying Agent for a USA buyer of item in UK for example
                     

    Does Ebay offer Buying Agents that could bid on an item that doesn't offer International shipping. This would help solve the problem of a USA based buyer being able to bid and buy items from seller's that only want to have Pick-Ups done by local buyers. Thank-you
