Buying a vehicle
I had seen a post on Facebook for a vehicle I really wanted. So message the person and it directs me to message there email. So send em an email we exchange some messages and the tell me they have a pre arranged agreement with ebay motors to sell the vehicle. So I same I'm interested give them the info they need and received a email from (ebay) with a order number and how to pay. And it says to pay through like pre paid cards. I'm worry of this and just wanna ask if this is actually legit.

Ebay has nothing to do with vehicles advertised on other websites.
The email you received was NOT from Ebay, it was from the scammer who is a criminal trying to steal your money.
STOP all communications with this thief. Report the ad to Facebook.
