Buying a shipping label
When I pay for a shipping label from eBay I pay for that with my own funds. And when the buyer pays for the item they pay for shipping but then when my funds are released eBay deducts the shipping paid by the buyer when they pay me. How come I don't get my shipping money I spent back ?

Are you buying your labels on eBay or at the Post Office counter?
When "the Buyer pays for shipping", that money is given to you/the seller.
- Then you pay for the shipping label.
If you buy your label on eBay:
Are there 2 tracking numbers? If so, cancel the unused label.
Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

If there is only 1 tracking number, you were only charged once, though you may see the cost in multiple places. (double entry accounting) .Your credit card was charged. The profit summary just shows all parts of the sale.
