Buying a second item not on bay
I bought an item. Seller contacted me and said if you want another we can add it to your already purchased item. Can I and seller do this?

NO. The transaction must be on Ebay. Seller can list the second item on Ebay and you can purchase it and go through the Ebay checkout page to pay for it.
