buying a iPhone on eBay
I bought an iPhone on eBay and it was factory sealed and Verizon unlocked. After having the iPhone for a year, I wanted to switch to a different carrier. The fraud dept from Verizon said they can't release the phone as it wasn't paid in full at time of purchase. I bought the phone and paid in full ($1300) to the ebay seller. He didn't pay for the phone in full. Now I'm stuck. Any advise?
