Buying a comic book and the seller says he dosent have it and issued a refund. Evay says it takes 3
Ebay says a fefund on an item bought takes 3 to 5 days. When I bought it, it took ebay 30 seconds to take payment from me

Mentor4 months ago@dhsjr1968 I understand that it's frustrating having to wait for the refund when your payment worked so quickly. Refunds do have to process back through the eBay Management Payment system and then your payment method which unfortunately does typically take 3-5 business days.
