Buying a car that’s not listed on eBay but the seller says eBay is handling the shipping and money .
the seller says eBay is going to contact me regarding the shipping and I am to pay eBay the money for the car and they won’t release my money to the seller until I receive and approve the car. Is this service something eBay offers? I’m concerned that this is a scam. The car price seems very low to me.

Ebay does not provide those services.
Ebay has nothing to do with cars advertised on other websites.
You are dealing with a criminal trying to steal your money.
Report the phony ad to whatever website you used where you found the car advertised.
