I bought a pair jordan 1s and i want to cancel the order because the shoes are not being shipped. im not sure if the seller is even active. i cant message them because of the ebay authentication system and if i try and cancel, it says it’s too late, i would have to wait till sep 20 and “issue a request†i need my money back asap to order another pair.

Mentor2 years agoIf your item has the Authenticity Guarantee, you will need to allow enough time for the item to be shipped to the authenticator, get authenticated, and then shipped to you. If the item fails authentication, the shoes will be returned to the seller and you will receive a full refund.

Buyers cannot cancel their orders. How do you know that the shoes are not being shipped?
What is the latest estimated date of delivery according to your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
