I have been on eBay for over 20 years and now buying is a problem because of your rules? I'm trying to bid on a vehicle and cannot because I have to give an account with the $$ already in that account before you can bid , what about 22 years with 238 transactions and 100% positive feedback means NOTHING! letting eBay be responsible for your bidding and in control of our $$$ and deposit undermines me and the banks that I deal with, having to keep cash in an account that eBay has control of will not happen , this kind of ability requires your people to be INSURED AND BONDED ...and they are not ! you will lose you customers to marketplace and craigslist and end up not surviving, get back to what got you started and where you used to be
