Question

Won't let me purchase from some sellers. Because I had 2 cancellations in 12 months. I messaged the seller after I've ordered probably 50 items from the seller and I explained that I put one extra number when I gave the bid so it was a hundreds of dollars that I had bidded for the item it was an accident. The message me back telling me they have to hold me accountable? It was an accident

It's unpaid items that are keeping you from being able to make purchases from some sellers. A large portion of sellers have it set up to block purchases form buyers that haven't paid for 2 items within a 12 month period.

What is causing you to be blocked is not cancellations but Unpaid Items. Most experienced sellers have set up an automatic block of Buyers who: Have (2) cancellations or unpaid orders in the last (12) months.

While I do think your seller was wrong not to cancel your bid and allow you to rebid if there was time. There is no requirement that they have to allow bid, transaction cancellations. If you noticed the wrong bid price right away, you could have retracted your bid and rebid with the correct price.
