BUYING
Why am I being charged $14.01 after paying for my order and shipping in full. EBay takes money without any notification or reason? Won't answer WHY!

You can click on the View order details link on the transaction to see a breakdown of charges. We don't have access to your account so you will have to see what all the charges are.
Was it a domestic or international purchase?

Where are you seeing this charge?
Did you bid or make an offer on any other items?
Where was the seller of the item? Is it possible that it was a tax or tariff or import fees?
A seller has no way of charging you after the purchase, they have no access to your payment profile or payment information. It is processed by eBay.
