I just don’t get why a seller will not communicate or anything And when the seller doesn’t do what they’re supposed to do The buyer is stuck waiting I have purchased A lot of stuff on eBay over the years and after this transaction, this will be my last

When shopping it's a good idea to review the sellers feedback page. Look for positive feedback from buyers of similar items. Avoid deals that are too good to be true so your money is not tied up. You will get the item or your money back using the ebay Money back guarantee.
