My grandson wanted a Wii. We found one labeled "Excellent" and purchased that along with a Wii Sorts Resort gaming package. The Wii arrived and would not work no matter who worked on it or what we did. We got a refund for that and the Allstate Insurance that was purchased. when I tried to return the Wii sports resort, that was never used, the declined to return it. **bleep** good is it to us ? I can not get help as the pri*ck that sold it would not even respond to my messages and closed the acount. It was never used at all. What can be done ?

Mentor1 year agoIf you were refunded you do not have to return that item. For the other did you open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, which overrides no returns. If so seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
If seller is gone and/or you can not open an ebay return, file for a refund with the payment processor.

OP1 year agoThank you for the help. The Wii game was as described. The Wii player was not functional and they took it back, no problems. So did they do the same with the insurance policy. The seller of the game lied and said I did not try to contact him. When I did he became angry. It did not matter to him that this was for a five year old and blamed me for even mentioning that. There was no use of his game, because the Wii player never turned on for us to use it. But he stood his ground that he did to have to return anything because of his policy. Never underestimate the greed of the other guy, even when a child is involved. His parent are struggling financially and I was just trying to help them out with the Wii player (labeled "Excellent"), the game, and the insurance. We all know, "No good deed goes unpunished."
