If I buy an item for 1500 and it never gets shipped, will ebay return my money even if the seller doesnt have enough money in their account. Or does ebay hold my funds until i receive the order and then release the money. The reason I ask is that its a lot of money and the seller has a few negative feedbacks. Thanks for any help

·3 years agoThere are some categories that are not eligible for eBay's Money Back Guarantee. What category is the item listed in? If the listing says Coverage: not eligible for eBay's purchase protection programs you won't get a refund if the seller doesn't ship.

·3 years agoYou always have ebays Money back guarantee. With some sellers eBay does hold the funds until it shows delivery. New sellers or ones with a poor reputation . But remember the money back guarantee is only good for 30 days from the estimated date of delivery.
