That's not something you can do. Auto-pay is used for Best Offers (and rolling out to Auctions) and the seller has control over whether to use it or not (most will use it).
When you are alerted about the auto-payment, you have the option to change your funding source and address at that time. It's pretty much the same as going through checkout, you're just doing it in advance to be used if your offer is accepted or if you win the auction.
