Ebay does not protect it's buyers only sides with sellers because they want to make commission..look out you going to loose buyers as many out there are dissatisfied!

I've observed that a user's opinion of which side eBay favors usually depends on which side that user is on in an incident. And then, based on the one incident, the user graduates the incident from a specific into a generalization.
@peade-12 If you have a problem, you've come to the right place. Luckily, relatively few problems require intervention by eBay personnel, and the experienced responders on this board are able to advise you how to resolve the problem. Even if you've bungled the eBay solution, there are viable alternatives.
