i changed my address when i bought something. when i checked out and paid it told me it will ship to old address. i tried to find to find a number to call. no numbers. the assistent was no help. i know someone is there to help. thanks ebay

Mentor2 years agoWhen you saw the old address, there is a CHANGE link to click on in order to change the SHIP TO address. If you did not change it, and proceeded to pay the seller, the seller needs to send to that old address that is attached to the payment.
Contact the seller and ask for a cancellation. The seller will cancel and refund you, and relist the item so you can repurchase, and this time, if the SHIP TO address is still incorrect, click CHANGE and make the corrections.
