Buying
It seems eBay is not the go to place to buy any longer. Buying used to work flawlessly now every time we buy something we have a problem. How can a seller always say something is in stock and then when you buy it, it says out of stock. Says the product was delivered. We did not receive the product. We were told that we would receive a complete refund and that if we did not, we should take it up with our bank and have a happy day which we will not be having if we do not receive our money. I think the best thing to do is to close our eBay account

Mentor2 years agoIf you purchase the last item available, the next time you look at the listing, it would say Out of Stock, because you purchased the last one.
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.

Mentor2 years agoThe last seller you left feedback for was registered in China and had terrible feedback even before you left your negative.
Buyers can avoid a lot of problems by choosing only to do business with sellers that have a proven history of delivering what was advertised, and by avoiding new or unproven sellers, sellers with patterns of negative feedback, or sellers that have unexplained gaps in selling history or drastic changes in seller behavior.
