Somehow, you got redirected to the U.S. based site. It seems the common way that happens is shutting down your device after looking at a foreign based seller's items, without going back to your home site first. To see only U.K. seller's items login manually to www.ebay.co.uk your home site. If you use the App you may want to ask how to reset it to the U.K. site, on its community boards.
