Seller gave me a phone number to contact for eBay wire transfer information. The phone number is Los Angeles phone number is only been on for a short time and is constantly busy. Should I report this for fraudulent activity

What are you buying?
Wire transfer is a valid payment method in a few categories, but in North America, wire transfer is not ‘usual’.

Was wire transfer an option in the listing?
Is this an item you discovered on eBay or is it being brought to eBay from, say, Facebook or CL?
There are zero phone lines to eBay that allow users to direct dial.
