There is an item I wish to purchase, but seller is “awayâ€. Every time date of return approaches a new date of return is posted. Seller has now been “away†for almost 4 months. What’s up with that? I also have a question but am unable to ask because of away status. Is there no way to contact them?

Mentor2 years ago@tcsbc423 eBay's time away setting can only be set for 30 days at a time. If a seller has to be away for an extended period due to health or other personal issues they have to keep renewing the time away each month.
There is no way to contact this seller. I recommend looking for another seller as they seem to be busy or ill.
