Buyers with no feedback
I have my seller settings to Not Allow people with less than 5 feedbacks to bid on my merchandise because I've had numerous problems with getting paid from these people, but I just had a person with (0) feedback purchase a product. How can that be?

That setting only applies to users making multiple purchases from the same seller.
Zero feedback buyers can still make a first purchase regardless of that setting.
