·2 years agoSounds like either a scammer or a clueless buyer who made a mistake and doesn't have any idea of how to correct it.
You cannot "send offer to another account" because that's not how sending offers works. If s/he wants you to send the "offer" by email or text that is so s/he gets your email address/phone # to send a fake payment message from "eBay" or "PayPal" to.
Since s/he requested, cancel the order at the buyer's request and relist (unless it's a multiple item listing that is still running, in which case adjust the quantity available to match your inventory). If it's a legitimate (though clueless) buyer s/he can buy it there or make another offer if you have Best Offer.
