"Buyers who use NOT AS DESCRIBED carelessly " simply to avoid paying return shipping
I recently had an email from ebay saying they were watching my ebay reviews, i had a too many "not as described".
even though i have super reviews daily from customers, does ebay ever look at the person making these
accusations or our photos of the items they are referring to?
i sell a lot of items, example a ring clearly marked and Jeweler tested, the buyer undoubtedly just did
not like & did not want to pay return shipping so she simply clicked, not as described. My items are clearly described as well as very clearly photographed. i am a seasoned 17 year seller on ebay.
It makes me want to take my business to another platform.....

Mentor3 years agoWhen a buyer abuses the money back guarantee, you need to report the abuse. Otherwise, eBay has no reason to look at the buyer's behavior.
If you have more not as described returns than other sellers in your same category, eBay will charge additional fees until you are back within the range of your peers.
