Buyers wants to buy item but only if there are additional services for PSA to grade. How can I enable this?

I have a listing for a Magic the Gathering card for $800. The listing automatically has the PSA authentication but they want the option to get it graded by PSA also through eBay checkout. They're not seeing it available though and I'm not sure how to add it on my end

@elhu_37 This is a fairly new program. I have had reports from buyers that the card was graded MUCH lower than expected by PSA. I personally would be get the card then send it to PSA.

The card has to sell for at least $250 to qualify for the eBay Authenticity Guaranteed Program. There are other requirements that you can see on this page> Authenticity Guaranteed

Buyers purchasing an ungraded trading card that is also eligible for Authenticity Guarantee have the option to purchase grading services directly from PSA

Prerequisites for using Grading by PSA
Grading by PSA is currently only available for buyers purchasing on eBay.com that meet the following criteria:

Primary address in the US
US shipping address (no P.O. boxes)
For sellers, Grading by PSA is only available for eligible ungraded non-autographed trading cards listed above $250 in single quantity. Your trading card must be listed individually in the following eligible categories:

Collectible Card Games
Non-Sport Trading Cards
Sports Trading Cards
