Buyers wanting my number for me to contact them or them to be able to contact me on my number instea

I've had two buyers. One has asked a few times to text them on their number. Well another one has wanted my number a few times. How do I stop these people and how how do they get on to eBay? Shouldn't their accounts be suspended or deactivated?

You can report the messages. Open the message and click on the ? icon on the lower right hand side.

You can also place the members on your blocked buyer list.

Here's how to add a member to your blocked buyer list:

Go to the Block bidders or buyers from your listings - opens in new window or tab page.
Enter the buyer's username in the text box (you can add up to 5,000 usernames).
Select Submit.

After you add them to your blocked buyer list, you can block them from contacting you.

Go to your eBay Messages.
Open the message from the member you want to block.
Click the three dots (...) in the top-right corner of the message.
Select "Block this member". This will add them to your Blocked Buyer List and prevent future messages.
