Buyers using Freight Forwarders are destroying us!
As the title suggests! Buyers that use Freight Forwarders are truly destroying ebay for sellers! 9 out of 10 of them are demanding money back in one way or the other, claiming item is bad, leaving negative feedback, partial refund etc... I know this has been going for awhile now, but it seems like it got way worse last couple of years.
What can we do as sellers to defend ourselves as sellers ? This is truly not sustainable...
All i have been doing so far is calling ebay and explaining the situation anytime i get scammed by these people and so far eBay reps acted like ChatGPT, not helpful at all..
So what can we do ?
