Buyers that refuse to leave feedback
So I think that when a seller makes a good sale, and it's been verified a good sale, if a buyer refuses to leave positive feedback, eBay should have a feature where it leaves automatic positive feedback. Good sellers deserve that positive feedback and if buyers are too selfish to do so, eBay should go ahead and give a five star positive rating. It helps buyers decide whether or not to do business with someone and can help if there is a shady buyer who files a false complaint against a seller.

There is no verification that a sale is a good sale unless the buyer says it was. Some buyers would rather leave no feedback than leave negative feedback, so if you want eBay to post feedback for more transactions, eBay would need to encourage buyers to leave more negative and neutral feedback. Is that what you want?
Feedback is, and always has been, voluntary. No one is obligated to leave it. There is no way for eBay to force a buyer to do so. They already remind buyers in numerous ways to leave feedback. Then it's up to the buyer to leave it - if he is inclined to.
