Buyers ship to address is invalid
Good morning,
My buyers address is invalid and/or incomplete when trying to purchase a label. I have attempted to contact the buyer through eBay, to no avail. The buyer has feedback from previous purchases, how and where were those purchases shipped?

Mentor2 years agoIf you have used the CONTACT BUYER link, and get no response, I would use the Cancel Order option, with the reason Problem with buyer's address. That way, you do not get a defect recorded on your account.
Make sure you VOID the label if you were charged for it.
